Problem with updating procedure record

I found a strange behavior when existing procedure record is updated (added comment or changing secondary insurance) while some records (like payments, adjustments etc.) are present in the ledger. All payment amounts data get overwritten with charge amount!!!
I confirmed that same thing happens on the demo site.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
