Step-by-Step: On hold

It's been a while since the last Step-by-Step, for a multitude of reasons. But my practice integration of FreeMED is currently on hold.
Not currently any fault of the app, I've just gotten to take a look at 0.9.0, and with the HUGE changes to the code (lots of thanks to Jeff). I think we'll wait, continue all we can to the development of .9 and evaluate integration with our current procedures.
I also want to work on a more new user friendly install of FreeMED.

I'm curious ... which parts of 0.9.x do you see the most need for improvement, etc? We have it set up in a live alpha installation (which has actually provided tremendous "real world" feedback as we did with 0.8.x pre-release), but a single installation doesn't necessarily represent everyone.
I've been trying to mature the upgrade procedure for those with 0.8.x installs to ensure a more or less seamless upgrade, so even if you were to try to implement 0.8.4, you'd still be able to "upgrade" your data.
